Never Lies and Always Delivers

This may sound harsh.

Let's start this Monday off thinking about things humans do.

We lie
We break promises
We cannot be trusted
We let people down

Having a great Monday so far?

Why do we do such things? Because we are sinful humans. We are not perfect. But who is perfect? God is!

God never changes his mind. He never lies, and He can always be trusted. Our words as humans can be twisted, and we can use them to tell lies. God's Word will never be twisted, and He cannot lie. If He did, He would not be God.

Today is a new day to remind yourself that God's Word is true and that He always delivers on His promises.

I started this devotional with some harsh realities. Now, I want to end with some loving truth. God will never break His promise to you.
